Payment/Fees:

We believe that everyone should be able to afford neurocounseling, no matter what their situation is!

At NeuroJess we accept many different payments:

  • Insurance -  we accept Medicaid (Forward Health & BadgerCare), CCHP, United Healthcare Community Plan, United Behavioral Health (UBH)
  • Private Pay (out of pocket) if you don't have insurance or if you would rather not use your mental health benefits for any reason.
  • Out of Network - if you don't have mental health benefits or if we don't take your insurance, we will still work with you and your insurance company.

Reasons why you might want to use private pay:

To Maintain Your Complete Privacy: some people just aren't comfortable sharing their brain health concerns with their insurance companies, for many reasons. By using private pay, we won't have to release any information to your insurance companies and your private information will stay confidential. (If there's a court order to release your information, we have to comply with the law, however.)

To Not Put You In a Box: insurance companies need us to provide them with a diagnosis code in order to pay for services rendered.  A lot of people don't want to be "labeled" with a diagnosis, however, when working with insurance companies, there's no way around this.  It's almost impossible to give a fully accurate diagnosis after seeing you for one time, any how.  If you use private pay, we don't need to put you "in a box" by labeling you with a specific diagnosis.

You Control Your Treatment: insurance companies will dictate the amount of sessions that you are allowed and how long your sessions will be. Most of the time, it's hard to work through complex human emotions and create positive habits in such a short period of time.  With private pay, you can determine how long your sessions will be and how often you want to see me.  This helps you reduce the stress and worry of trying to "hurry up" your treatment and gives you more privacy and control of your brain health.

You do not have to do this alone!

My Mission In Our Community...

Is to break the "stigma of counseling" and this starts with changing your own viewpoint:

  • Neurocounseling can help you discover how to have a healthy outlook of your own challenges and goals in your therapy process.
  • Your own view of yourself is more important that what others think. Therapy is a powerful tool for overcoming your challenges and help you to improve your life!
  • Neurocounseling will help you learn how to focus; you will be able to relax through the rise and fall of your emotions: (from fearful, angry, to happy and joyful.)
  • You will start believing that you can remove your blocks, conquer fear, upgrade your mindset and achieve more in life that you ever dreamed was possible!

It's time to put your needs, first!

Start living the life you deserve to be living.
