Jodi is a powerhouse of vision, grit, and heart. As co-founder of NeuroJess, she brings over 30 years of experience in neuroscience, entrepreneurship, and neurodivergent advocacy to the forefront of this work.
She’s an award-winning author and inventor, a public speaker, and CEO of a million-dollar company—all while navigating life as a single mother and proudly neurodivergent woman. Diagnosed as Autistic and ADHD later in life, her journey embodies everything this practice stands for: awakening, reclamation, and self-determined success.
Her research in applied neuroscience laid the foundation for the methodology used across both practices, with a specific focus on success strategies for high-masking, high-achieving women. What started as a personal exploration turned into a multi-generational case study when she used these same techniques to support her daughter, Jess, in her own neurodivergent evolution.
Together, they now operate as a dynamic mother-daughter team—mirroring the kind of empowered, emotionally sovereign, and radically authentic relationship they wish for every neurodivergent woman.
Jodi is also a fierce advocate for disability rights and inclusion. Her service dog, Minnie, and Jess’s service dog, Willie, accompany them in both life and mission. Alongside their Sphynx cats and marine animals (because of course), they champion a world where all beings are treated with respect, compassion, and dignity.
She continues to show up for this work not just as a leader, but as a living example of what it means to rise—again and again.
Jodi doesn’t just teach the path to success—she is the path.
