  • I fidget with my hands a lot and have trouble sleeping.

It’s our mission to help you understand that you are not alone! 

Here is how it works:

WHAT?

"Am I Neurodivergent?" is a five-week therapy group that will help you discover if you might be neurodivergent. A diagnosis is designed to help you understand yourself better, not harm you in any way. The sooner you figure out how your mind works, the more tools you’ll have to help you live a happy, healthy and productive life!

WHO?

"Am I Neurodivergent?" is for young women ages 18-39 who live in Wisconsin and are questioning their neurodivergence and are looking for a small group of other peers that understand what you're going through. It's for young women who want an education on how your brain works, so you don't have to keep "masking" and can learn to become your true, authentic self!

WHEN?

Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm

April 7th - May 5th, 2022

WHERE?

Virtual meetings via secure HIPPA compliant Zoom Meetings

FEES?

The cost includes an intake session and 5 weeks of group therapy. You will be in a safe, soothing space with a network of your peers that will provide support and positive feedback.

Most importantly, the group is run by a board certified, licensed professional counselor (in training) who is a specialist in female neurodivergence, living with ASD and ADHD, herself. Jess's valuable knowledge and experience is a true game-changer for those looking to understand themselves and get the most of out life.

The cost is:

$85 for your intake session  
$75 per group session. 

(Payment accepted via private pay only. Insurance not accepted.)

Full fees are due at time of registration.

How Do I Register for the Group?

If you're ready, I'm here to help you understand yourself so that you can begin living your "true," authentic life!

Step 1:

Scroll down and fill out the registration form at the bottom of the page.

Step 2:

Fill out the paperwork that I will send you via email.

Step 3:

Schedule a time to meet with me, prior to the group sessions, so we can get to know each other and make sure that this is the perfect fit for you!

Step 4:

Find your favorite spot, with a great internet connection, that will allow you to speak freely and confidentially!  

Step 5:

Click on the link I will email to you and join our Zoom meeting at 6:00 pm. That's it!  All you do is CLICK, RELAX and CHAT!

My purpose is help you step out of your old life and step into your new one. A life filled with love, laughter, self-esteem and endless possibilities!

As a board certified, licensed professional counselor in-training (LPC-IT), with ASD and ADHD, I will help you get motivated to take action; when you take action, you get results. I’ll meet you where you are currently at in life and work collaboratively with you to set obtainable goals while helping you with effective communication and coping skills, increased resilience and self-esteem, and positive self-reflection.

I’ll provide you with a safe and soothing therapy space and offer you a variety of simple tools you can use to help you unveil your untapped potential. 

You deserve to feel heard and be understood. I have a caring & empathetic approach that includes using humor as a tool. I look forward to helping you start your new journey to a happier and healthier life!
