Life can be challenging.
Rest assured
you are not alone!

It's hard enough living as a woman, in today's society, much less a multicultural woman or LGBTQ+ person. There are many prejudices and mental health challenges that multicultural and LGBTQ+ women face. Studies show that individuals in these groups have higher risks of mental health concerns due to the social stigma of living as a minority, which can cause stress or anxiety. SOURCE

There is a way to help you feel accepted, despite your circumstance, and that's by increasing your resilience skills.  By empowering yourself with coping skills that support your emotional, psychological, physical health, you can learn to bounce back from any setbacks you might encounter in life.

I'm A Therapist Who Has Experience &
Familiarity With The Challenges That You

You will find the courage to be vulnerable, while releasing your worry, anxieties and fears, so you can find freedom from the negative thoughts & challenges in your life.

Your brain health is just as important as your physical health. Just as you go to the doctor when you're sick, being supported by a professional counselor is the perfect recipe for positive growth and change.

I offer a boutique approach to helping you with your individual challenges.

You do not have to do this alone!  I'm here for you!

What Is LGBTQ+ About?

The lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) community faces mental health conditions at a rate almost 3 times higher than that of the general population.

The fear of being discriminated, when you come out, can cause all kinds of negative emotions which can lead to depression, post traumatic stress, and thoughts of suicide.

If you are struggling to feel accepted and heard, help is here for you!

We believe that there's no issue to small to discuss in therapy. We can help you become your true "authentic" self and learn to love yourself for who are from the inside out.

Here Are Some Challenges
